Recommended Age

Adults and Children over 3

Recommended Daily Dosage:

Children from 3 to 6:
• As an immune system booster, take one capsule per day
• As an intestinal normalizer, take one capsule at breakfast, one capsule at lunch, and one capsule at dinner.
Open the capsule and dissolve its content in water or juice.
Adults and children over 6: Same dosage as above.
This food supplement should not be taken with hot drinks (temperatures above 25ºC).

Observations: Taking a 4-week pause after eight weeks of prolonged product intake is recommended. In case of simultaneous antibiotic intake, a 3-hour interval between administrations is recommended. It should not be taken with hot liquids to avoid jeopardizing the viability of the strains.
