Advancis® Refresh is a food supplement in effervescent tablets with silymarin, vitamin C, B-complex vitamins, and caffeine. These ingredients present a detox and revitalising action, while silymarin also has an important liver protective and digestive action.
Advancis® Refresh thus helps reduce the unpleasant feeling caused by alcohol, tobacco or overeating.

Silymarin
Promotes the relief of “hangover” symptoms like headaches, dehydration, muscle pain, physical and intellectual asthenia. Hepatoprotective, detox and digestive properties.

Vitamin C
Promotes cell protection against undesirable oxidation and reduces tiredness and fatigue.

Vitamin B2 and B6
Contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and normal energy-yielding metabolism. Vitamin B2 also contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. They are associated with the reduction of symptoms characteristic of a “hangover”.

Caffeine
Stimulant that reduces fatigue and increases mental alertness.

Recommended Age

Recommended Daily Dosage
Hepatoprotective and Digestive:
Take 1 effervescent tablet dissolved in a glass of water before any food, alcohol or tobacco excess. If necessary, repeat the intake after the excess.
Detox:
Take 1 effervescent tablet after waking up, dissolved in a glass of water.
If necessary, take another effervescent tablet before lunch.
Take immediately after the dissolution.

Lactose, Polyvinylpyrrolidone (Stabiliser), Polyvinylpolypyrrolidone (Stabiliser); Acidity Regulators: Sodium Hydrogen Carbonate, Tartaric Acid; Vitamin C (L-Ascorbic Acid); Anti-caking Agent: Polyethylene glycol 6000; Silymarin Extract (minimum 40%); Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid; Flavour; Caffeine; Flavour enhancer: Monosodium Glutamate; Sweetener: Sodium Saccharin; Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine Hydrochloride); Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin 5'-phosphate Sodium).

Observations: Tolerated by diabetics and hypertensive patients. Caution is advised in case of nephrolithiasis (kidney stones). Contains lactose.
