Gynura Procumbens

It is a plant that originates from Asia (specifically China, Malaysia, and Thailand) and is known for its natural antioxidant properties. Its high phenol content effectively protects the skin and nails from oxidative stress caused by free radicals, which can arise from various factors such as diseases, UV radiation, smoking, poor diet, and stress. It has been used in traditional medicine to treat multiple diseases. Research has demonstrated that UV radiation breaks down collagen in the skin. However, the antioxidant properties of Gynura Procumbens inhibit the expression of the proteins responsible for this breakdown.
