Instructions

• Dip the patch momentarily in lukewarm water.
• Remove the transparent protective film.
• Place the patch on the desired area, applying it well.
• Wait 10-15 minutes to feel the effect of the heat.
• Allow the patch to work for 24 hours.
• Then, if necessary, it can be replaced with a new one, without any interval.
